The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Manager should have:



Proven experience in logistics or operations management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
A solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Solid communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
A results-driven mindset with attention to detail Experience in medical/clinical or care-focused environments will be highly regarded What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 AUD + super.
