We're representing a well-established real estate brand in Wollongong that is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join its team.
You'll step into a well-supported role where you can focus on building strong relationships, managing your portfolio and delivering exceptional service — without the pressure of doing everything yourself.
The Opportunity You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio while building robust, long-term relationships with owners and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of approximately 160 properties Oversee day-to-day property management, including arrears, renewals and breaches Build strong relationships with owners and tenants, including onsite meetings where required Oversee routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections with dedicated support Work closely with leasing and junior team members to ensure the portfolio is well maintained, compliant and delivering exceptional service Why You'll Love It This is a role built around support and efficiency.

Up to $100K package, depending on experience Monday–Friday opportunity No leasing!
