and claim strategy Investigate claims and review supporting documentation Establish and manage claim reserves Liaise with brokers, customers, loss adjusters, and service providers Negotiate fair and commercially sound claim settlements Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You 2 – 5 years' experience managing end-to-end commercial property claims Exposure to commercial property, ISR, strata, or first-party property claims highly regarded Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Naturally curious with strong problem-solving abilities Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused A collaborative team player looking to build a long-term career in insurance If you're passionate about claims and looking to join a respected global insurer where you'll be supported to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
