Job Description Conduct audits for disability and human services organisations to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Review and assess internal systems and processes for compliance and effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards and regulations.
Engage with clients to provide clear feedback and guidance on audit outcomes.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Identify and report risks or areas of improvement during the auditing process.
Ensure documentation is accurate and securely maintained.
The Successful Applicant A successful Disability and Human Services Auditor should have:
Knowledge of the NDIS program.
Bachelor of Nursing or Health Science or related health qualification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Proficiency in preparing clear and concise reports.
Positive communication skills for working with clients and team members.
Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
Drivers licence.
