They are looking for an intermediate level contract administrator who is capable of leading head contracts on projects to at least $10M.
You need to have a sharp eye for detail, quick thinking negotiation skills and the ability to build long term relationships with clients and subcontractors.
You must have a Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and have a minimum of two years post graduation experience working with a recognized building contractor on new build construction projects.
