We are currently seeking an experienced full-time carpenter to join our construction team based in Sydney Annual salary range: $ 80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation Key responsibilities Building wall frames, partitions, floors, raised platforms, counters, cabinets, shelving and joinery Interpreting drawings to determine required materials, dimensions,



and installation techniques Cutting and assembling timber and other materials Constructing and installing joinery and wall panelling Assembling or dismantling formwork Assessing and making corrective adjustments to existing fittings Evaluating materials and costs for replacing old equipment and installing recent components Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Performing accurate calculations and measurements for assembling partitions Skills and qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field Relevant AQF Certificate III or equivalent Driver's License Ability to use carpentry tools and handle small components requiring manual dexterity Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously Strong understanding of carpentry techniques Experience working with power tools Ability to work efficiently within a team in high-rise environments
