On behalf of our client, we are seeking an exceptional and experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and secure high-value supply contracts for major Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial projects.
The Opportunity This is a strategic, high-visibility commercial role focused on winning major project contracts across Tier 1 and 2 head contractors, civil developers, commercial sub-contractors, and local councils.
As the commercial lead for project acquisition, you will manage the full sales lifecycle -from early pipeline identification and target outreach to structuring tender submissions and negotiating major commercial supply contracts.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full commercial B2B sales cycle, targeting Tier 1 Tier 2 head contractors, commercial builders, civil developers, and major sub-contractors to secure large-scale supply contracts Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with commercial project managers, estimators, contracts administrators, and procurement decision-makers Work closely with the internal estimating team, and technical support teams to craft winning tender proposals that balance competitive pricing with healthy margin integrity Build, convert, and maintain a robust,
