Property Accountant Sydney CBD - Leading ASX property group $95,000 - $105,000 + Super and bonus Opportuntiy for long term career growth The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a Property Accountant to join a high performing finance team supporting a portfolio of Industrial Logistics assets.
Working closely with Property Managers, Asset Managers and the wider finance team, you will provide accurate financial reporting, analysis and accounting support across a diverse property portfolio.
The Role Key responsibilities include: * Prepare monthly P L, financials and reporting packs * Partner with Property Managers to review financial performance * Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare accruals,



prepayments and property journals * Manage outgoings calculations through to billing and tenant refunds * Assist with property acquisitions, developments and divestments * Support annual budgeting and forecasting * Provide ad hoc reporting and financial analysis * Identify and implement process and systems improvements About You To be successful, you will have: * Degree qualification in Accounting * CA/CPA qualified or currently studying towards * Property or real estate accounting experience is advantageous * Strong financial reporting and analytical skills * Valuable knowledge of Excel and accounting systems * Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
