Recycling Sorters Yard Workers Employment Type: Casual | Ongoing Opportunities Shifts: Monday to Friday | Day Afternoon Shifts Location: Bibra Lake, WA Duties responsibilities Recycling Sorter Duties Sort recyclable materials from conveyor systems.
Remove non-recyclable waste and contaminants.
Monitor material flow throughout the plant.
Complete housekeeping and general clean-up.
Perform manual handling and lifting of up to 25kg.
Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Yard Worker Duties Operate forklifts to move recyclable materials and bins safely around the site.
Load, unload and relocate stock and containers.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe yard.
Assist with general yard and recycling operations as required.
Follow all site safety procedures and operational requirements.
Skills experience Current WA Driver's Licence.
Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
Willingness to obtain Hepatitis A+ B immunisations if required.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to perform manual work and stand for extended periods.
Solid commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug Alcohol screen.
Ability to complete online inductions before commencing.
Current LF Forklift Licence (required for Yard Worker positions).
