This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Men's Family Violence Pathways Practitioner at our Boronia centre to join Relationships A About us Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations.

About the role Reporting to the Family Violence Program Manager, your responsibilities include undertaking eligibility and risk assessments, developing and implementing tailored case plans, providing high-quality qualified case management and support, facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs, supporting family safety where required, and developing strong links with specialist services to address client needs and promote positive, safe and sustainable outcomes.
This role is located at Boronia and is part-time permanent role , working four (4) days per week with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift.
The base salary range is $101,948 - $109,287 (pro-rata) per annum .
About you You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related social science discipline, with knowledge and experience in family violence practice, risk assessment and case management.
You have demonstrated experience working with individuals and families experiencing family violence, with an understanding of its gendered nature and evidence-based engagement, assessment and intervention approaches.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders while managing competing priorities and challenging situations.
You understand relevant family violence legislation and frameworks, including the Family Violence Protection Act **** and MARAM, and are committed to culturally responsive practice, client safety and ongoing professional development.
