You will ensure training complies with obligations, develop and review training documents, and conduct trainee tuition under Aurizon's RTO standards.
You will also coordinate driver route and traction assessments, maintain training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of materials and procedures while continuing to operate trains to keep competency up to date.
