You'll lead critical decisions, drive performance and develop a high‐performing team within a agile 24/7 operation.
This role focuses on safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of the flying programme across the network.
You'll be a leader first, with strong operational knowledge and the ability to inspire, create accountability and foster a high‐performance culture.
