Lucas Collective
Melbourne
Bourke Street, CBD Location
Mediterranean inspired cuisine
Opening in November ****
Noẽma
is the latest concept from Lucas Collective, bringing a fresh take on contemporary Mediterranean dining to Melbourne's CBD.
Inspired by modern Greek cuisine, the menu will celebrate exceptional produce, bold flavours and the theatre of Josper-grilled cooking, all within a striking new venue spanning a main dining room, intimate basement and private dining spaces.
Noẽma is a restaurant being created from the ground up, and this is a rare opportunity to join from the very beginning - helping shape the team, culture and guest experience that will define Noẽma from day one.
Home to some of Australia's most iconic and acclaimed restaurants, Lucas Collective is one of the country's leading hospitality groups, with a collection including Chin Chin, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Maison Bâtard, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society, Grill Americano and Tombo Den.
For more than 30 years, Lucas Collective has played a significant role in shaping Australia's hospitality landscape, developing restaurants that challenge convention, establish new benchmarks and become destinations in their own right.
Our venues have earned top Australian hospitality awards, including Maison Bâtard being named Australia's Best New Restaurant in ****, along with international recognition for excellence in food, wine and hospitality.
The Opportunity
We're looking for exceptional hospitality leaders to join our opening teams.
Play a key role in shaping the culture, leading high-performing teams and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Join a group that's as committed to developing great people as it is to creating great restaurants.
