WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is offering an exciting chance for a full-time clinician to join our Rural & Remote Mental Health Service at Glenside.
This role delivers high-quality, recovery-focused mental health nursing care across community, acute and rehabilitation settings.
You'll assess, plan and coordinate care, provide therapeutic interventions, and support individuals and families using evidence-based approaches.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll monitor outcomes, adapt care plans, and contribute to programs that promote early intervention, wellbeing and community connection.
As a Clinical Nurse/Registered Nurse, you'll take accountability for your practice while guiding and supporting less experienced staff.
You'll play a key role in team coordination, service improvement, and maintaining safe, effective care environments.
The position also offers opportunities to contribute to education, quality initiatives and clinical projects, while continuing to build your skills and progress toward proficient practice.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health nursing care across community, acute and rehabilitation settings.
Assess consumer needs, develop and review care plans, coordinate services, and provide therapeutic interventions that support positive health outcomes.
Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated mental health services.
Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing staff, students and less experienced team members while promoting safe and effective care practices.
Contribute to quality improvement, education, research and service development activities that strengthen mental health care delivery.
