We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take our sales department to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor
the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Develop and implement sales strategies
to maximise performance
Manage customer relationships
and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
Collaborate with Senior Leadership
to drive growth strategies
Identify opportunities to expand market share
and enhance profitability
Oversee stock management
and promotional campaigns
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager
in the automotive or RV dealership industry
Strong business acumen
and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong leadership, management and team‐building skills
Extensive background in sales
with solid problem‐solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to lead by example
