With a collaborative culture and a strong commitment to customer-driven product development, this is an opportunity to join a business where your work will directly influence product direction and customer outcomes.Your new roleAs a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of a market-leading SaaS platform.
Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Leaders, Marketing and Sales Enablement teams, you will help identify customer pain points, translate feedback into meaningful product opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning and delivery.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys understanding customer problems and turning insights into practical solutions.Key responsibilities include:Gathering and analysing customer and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunitiesTranslating customer needs into prioritised roadmap initiativesSupporting product strategy and roadmap planning activitiesWorking closely with UX and Engineering teams to define user-focused solutionsManaging competing priorities and influencing stakeholders across the businessContributing to backlog management,
release planning and feature prioritisationParticipating in product discovery and solution design workshopsCollaborating with internal teams on product launches and customer communicationsMonitoring product performance and supporting continuous improvement initiativesHelping drive customer adoption, satisfaction and overall product outcomesWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will bring experience working in a Product Management or similar product-focused role within a SaaS or software environment.
You will be a strong communicator and problem solver who is passionate about understanding customer challenges and influencing product direction through evidence-based decision-making.You will ideally possess:Previous experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related rolesExperience working within SaaS, software or digital product businessesStrong customer discovery and Voice of Customer experienceDemonstrated ability to turn customer insights into product prioritiesExperience working closely with Engineering and UX teamsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience prioritising competing business and customer demandsKnowledge of Agile product development methodologiesExperience using tools such as Jira and ConfluenceCommercial awareness and a customer-first mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExposure to enterprise software, workflow platforms, workplace technology, compliance systems or broader B2B SaaS products would be highly regarded.What you'll get in returnYou'll work for a highly respected organisation and contribute to a platform used by customers across multiple industries.
