Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Management Administration (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 7 years' experience in a generalist People & Culture / HR role
Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
A team-oriented and solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication,
