REPORTING TO :
The Assistant Service Manager
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
To report directly to the Assistant Service Manager or to a higher authority.
To be proficient in learning all technical skills.
To be an active and contributing member to our Service division.
To ensure the team follows best practices in ensuring top quality delivery.
To be responsible for job scheduling and customer liaison personnel.
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
To develop the necessary skills and become an Assistant Service Manager in 1 year.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Exceptional work ethics.
Passion to learn and gain recent skills in the field of natural stone restoration.
Excellent communication and teamwork with a true positive attitude.
Quick adaptability to our ever changing environment.
