Who we are looking for
Relevant qualifications inFacilities Management, Property, Building Services, or a related disciplinewill be highly regarded.
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experiencein facilities management within a commercial property environment.
Experience coordinating softservices, including cleaning, security, and other site support functions.
Strong tenant, contractor andstakeholder management skills.
A practical, responsive approachto repairs, maintenance and day‐to‐day issues.
The role
We're looking for a FacilitiesManager to support the day‐to‐day operation of, a 30,000 sqm A-grade officetower in Sydney's CBD.

You'll be a key point of contact for repairs,maintenance and general non‐lease matters, helping ensure the building operatessmoothly and tenants receive a responsive, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the building's softservices, including cleaning and security contractors.
Act as a key contact for tenantson repairs,



maintenance and general facilities matters.
Work closely with the on‐siteconcierge team to support the tenant experience.
Coordinate day‐to‐day facilitiesactivity and follow through on issues to resolution.
Build effective relationships withtenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Support the safe, smooth andprofessional operation of the asset.
