Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer
full time and part-time roles
with flexibility to suit you.
As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to a gentleman in in his own home.
He requires support with all aspect's of daily living, bowel management and has bespoke moving and handling requirements.
Shift times are 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm per day, 7 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living tasks
to help maintain dignity and independence
Providing personal care
, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
Preparing meals and supporting with medication
, ensuring clients' health and well-being
Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings
to keep them active and engaged
Offering companionship and emotional support
, making a positive difference every day
What We Offer
Starting pay:
ÂŁ***** per hour
Plus:
Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at
40p per mile
28 days annual leave
Monthly pay and pay reviews each April
Contracted hours

Requirements
Previous care experience is beneficial—we provide
full training
for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
Be able to work every other weekend
Friendly, trustworthy and caring nature
Able to work shifts
