We are seeking an FP&A; Manager to strengthen the Finance function at a pivotal stage in OMass's growth.
You will be part of a dynamic and innovative workplace and will become an integral part of our vision to address patients' unmet needs while building Britain's Biggest Biotech.
You will take ownership of project and clinical trial finance; lead business partnering for R&D; and operational teams and support the automation and scaling of financial reporting processes.
It is expected that the FP&A; will absorb material responsibility currently sitting with the VP Finance, particularly across clinical trial execution, project financial governance, and forecasting.
