Elders is seeking a Manager, Risk Standards to lead the enterprise risk framework and governance at a pivotal stage of the risk maturity journey.
You will collaborate with the Head of Group Risk & Compliance to design, implement and enhance the risk framework and to embed robust risk practices across the Group.
You will build and lead a small specialist Risk Standards team, delivering dashboards, board reports and governance papers for senior committees and stakeholders across the business.
