Key Responsibilities
Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
Provide a warm, welcoming experience,assistingguests with flavourchoicesandprovidinghelpful answers about menu items.
Maintaincleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
Previousexperience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential.
Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial.
Solid guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
