These roles involve delivering high-quality psychological assessment and counselling services to individuals across a range of presentations, including EAP, Medicare and wellbeing programs.

Duties and responsibilities In this role, you will: • Conduct psychological assessments to identify cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs • Provide individual and group counselling using evidence-based psychological approaches • Develop, implement and review treatment and intervention plans • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to optimise outcomes • Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports and treatment summaries • Communicate professionally with referrers, including GPs and other health professionals • Maintain complete and compliant client records in line with legislation and organisational systems • Apply psychological principles to support client wellbeing,
