Help keep the forest feeling fresh
Join our Housekeeping management team to ensure the smooth and productive operation of the department.
You'll manage a team of Team Leaders and oversee up to 90 colleagues, driving high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll be doing
Organise and allocate housekeeping duties to maintain high standards
Support budget and payroll management to meet divisional targets
Assist with recruitment and coordinate training for Housekeeping colleagues
Promote team wellbeing, motivation and performance through effective leadership

Part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 8pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‐week period.
You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
Proficient in Microsoft Office




Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to support, develop and challenge teams
Proven team leadership experience in a demanding, service-driven environment
Motivational and empathetic approach to team management
