This isn't a transactional sales role.
You'll be working with an older demographic, so success comes from patience, trust-building, and doing the right thing.
You will: Manage and convert a steady flow of inbound leads Educate clients on reverse mortgage products and suitability Prepare and submit credit proposals Assess financial documents,



including bank statements Identify and manage risks (e.g. vulnerability, elder abuse, gambling) Maintain compliance with responsible lending obligations Provide ongoing communication and support throughout the process About you: You're a confident financial services skilled who combines sales ability with empathy and strong ethics.
We're looking for: Proven experience in financial services and/or sales Strong understanding of responsible lending principles Experience preparing credit proposals and handling applications end-to-end Excellent communication skills (phone + written) A patient, consultative approach with older customers High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools Desirable: Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance Mortgage Broking Why Compare Club?
