Project description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native application development.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong expertise in backend development using .
NET and AWS, while also contributing to frontend development using React.
The successful candidate will operate between a Senior and Staff Engineer level, contributing to solution design, low-level design (LLD), implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade applications supporting government schemes, mortgage/home loan processing, and workflow automation initiatives.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using .
NET and React.
Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and low-level design (LLD) activities.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and industry best practices.
Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Implement workflow automation, orchestration, and process digitization solutions.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support activities.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering team members.
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Skills Must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong experience in enterprise Full Stack Development.
Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Solid stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
