Working in team of 3 using ClickHome Client Liaison Wangara | $80,000 + Super | Immediate Start An award-winning residential builder is seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join their Wangara office.
This is an immediate opportunity for someone who can step into a busy role and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the build journey.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 250 clients, you'll be the key point of contact from pre-construction through to handover.
Supported by ClickHome and Constructive software , you'll work closely with drafting, estimating, construction and administration teams to keep clients informed and projects moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Managing client communication from pre-construction through to handover Providing updates on build progress, variations, scheduling and key milestones Liaising with site supervisors and internal teams Maintaining accurate records within ClickHome and Constructive Managing expectations and resolving client queries professionally What You'll Bring:
