Contract: PermanentHours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
Typical attendance is Monday, Wednesday to Saturday 07:24
Why this role pays off:
Starting salary: £25,201 per year £***** per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £***** per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:
Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£****** per year)
Weekly Driving Allowance (£***** weekly)
Plus:
Excellent company pension
Paid holiday allowance starting at 22.5 days per year, rising with service

What you'll be doing
Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail
What we're looking for
A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
