Salary $100K-$130K + superannuation.

Building over 200 homes a year across Sydney and New South Wales, you will be joining an established business with a strong pipeline of work and a strong reputation across the industry.
About the Role Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of production estimating across a range of contract homes, house and land developments, and highly customised projects.
Duties Provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations Negotiate rates and costs with preferred and non-standard suppliers, sub-contractors and trades Produce accurate documentation within budgeted time lines Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services Preparing accurate BOQ's Excellent customer service skills, working with supervisors,
