Site Manager - New South Wales Be involved in a diverse range of Metricon construction projects with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site.
A focus to delivering defect-free results are essential.
You will play an exciting part in supervising and coordinating the construction of your homes and ensure that trades meet quality, timelines and OH S objective.

Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include: Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homesManaging the overall site performance of our home construction processPartner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to youMaximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availabilityScheduling and meeting trades on siteProactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clientsContinuously reviewing building practices and proceduresEnsuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices; andFostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; andHand over your customers keys and settlement pack to your customer.

The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential building industry.Medium density experience would be an advantageStrong knowledge of residential construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirementsDemonstrated project management and organisational skillsSolid understanding of OH S regulations and quality assurance systemsThe ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholdersExceptional communication and customer service skillsExperience managing client expectations and resolving issues professionallyKnowledge of current home contracts and construction documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; andA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
