Mind Australia is seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join the Housing with Support program in Mooroopna.
This part time role (up to 30 hours per week) operates on a 24/7 rotating roster within the Haven residence, providing person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to clients with severe psychosocial disability.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping clients achieve wellbeing goals, develop life skills, and strengthen social connections.
