About the Prospect: We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue Sushi, wok, pizza,



and pastry experience highly regarded Strong understanding of food safety standards Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays Working with Lucas Collective: At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
