TKAT is seeking an inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, team-oriented team at Maldon.
You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
You will work with the teacher to develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
