Job Description The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for hiring managers, candidates, and business stakeholders.
This will be achieved through effective management of the end-to-end recruitment process, fostering productive relationships, and contributing to the continuous improvement and optimisation of recruitment systems and processes.
Lead, champion, optimise and actively participate in the recruitment process, ensuring: Effective pipelining, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offering, and onboarding of top talent.
Assessment tools and pre-employment checks are used effectively to drive high quality recruitment outcomes.
Effective relationships are built with hiring managers, candidates, and other relevant business stakeholders, in support of delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
Talent is acquired in line with the relevant recruitment brief, budget, headcount, and appropriate delegated authorities.
Support the continuous improvement of recruitment systems and processes.
Actively contribute to recruitment value-add initiatives such as analytics, reporting, recruitment campaign projects, employer branding and more.
Support the delivery of regular reporting on recruitment activity, performance indicators and outcomes.
Work in close collaboration with the wider HR team, ensuring prompt communication of issues and outcomes.
