The Opportunity TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking, on behalf of our client, a Junior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project across Perth and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

What You'll Be Doing Providing day-to-day project coordination and administrative support Managing project documentation, reporting and records Coordinating meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications Tracking milestones, deliverables and timelines Supporting procurement, logistics and site activities Assisting with project personnel onboarding and coordination What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, administration or a similar role, ideally within civil, construction or infrastructure Strong organisation and time-management skills Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced project environment Australian Citizenship Ability to hold or obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance, with potential upgrade to NV1 Availability to work onsite and undertake the required CKI rotation About TRACKS TRACKS Integrated Services is a proudly Aboriginal-owned recruitment and labour hire company connecting great people with meaningful careers.
