We're looking for a senior market-facing Business Development Underwriter (SME Packages) to help drive growth through broker partnerships and quality underwriting decisions from their Cremorne office.

working with broking teams on opportunities Review submissions/slips with brokers and make confident underwriting decisions Provide practical underwriting support and solutions to help brokers win and place business Maintain accurate underwriting records and contribute to ongoing process improvement We are looking for someone with: Proven underwriting experience in Biz Packs / SME Commercial Strong broker-facing capability with confidence building senior relationships in-person A commercial, proactive approach—comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment Great communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes Energy, presence and a growth mindset (suited to someone looking to move away from a more corporate setting) What you need to do now If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
