You'll be expected to: Prepare and deliver quality meals across breakfast, lunch, crib, dinner, and functions.
Work confidently in fast-paced FIFO and exploration camp environments.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
Follow HACCP, food safety, and site-specific procedures.




Manage kitchen operations independently on smaller camps when required.
Work effectively with diverse teams and adapt quickly to changing site requirements.
WHAT YOU BRING We're looking for chefs who are: Experienced in FIFO, remote camps, mining, or exploration catering .
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchens.
Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused.
Committed to delivering quality food every service.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ✔️ Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent ✔️ Previous FIFO/remote camp experience ✔️ National Police Check issued within the last 6 months ✔️ Food Safety Certificate ✔️ Full Australian working rights ✔️ Australian Driver's Licence — advantageous READY TO COOK UP YOUR NEXT MOVE?
