Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Quality and Compliance Advisor is responsible for leading the implementation and coordination of an organisation-wide compliance program throughout MGM Bulk.
This role plays a critical role in ensuring the ongoing renewal and maintenance of ISO**** Quality Management System accreditation and monitoring additional organisational accreditations.
Operating across Western Australia, this role plays a central part in how MGM Bulk maintains regulatory and quality standards, embeds compliance into day-to-day operations, and protects the business's certification status — supporting a broad range of quality and compliance initiatives through effective implementation and oversight Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the MGM Compliance System, ensuring all relevant legislation, regulations and obligations are effectively captured, communicated and embedded across the business Provide guidance and support to Department Leads to identify, monitor and address compliance obligations Lead and coordinate internal and external audit program, ensuring effective execution across ISO **** (support HSEC for ISO *****) and WA and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA/NHVA).
