Mechanical Supervisor (FPSO) – Equatorial Guinea An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a high-performing offshore team based in Equatorial Guinea .
This role is ideal for a strong leader with extensive mechanical maintenance experience in the oil gas industry and a proven track record working on FPSO assets .

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians, contractors, and specialists.
Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance.
Manage the maintenance and repair of critical rotating and static equipment.
Support condition monitoring activities and fault diagnosis to maximise equipment reliability.
Ensure compliance with permit-to-work (PTW), risk assessment, and safety management systems.
Drive team performance, competency development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure work is completed to high technical standards.




Contribute to emergency response activities and offshore safety programmes.
Requirements HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred Minimum 5 years offshore experience , including 3 years in a supervisory role Previous FPSO experience is essential/desirable Robust experience with: Oil pumps Gas compressors (reciprocating and centrifugal) Water injection pumps Power generation equipment Utility systems Rotating equipment and machinery maintenance Solid understanding of PTW systems and risk assessment methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications Fluent English communication skills What We're Looking For A natural leader with excellent people-management skills Technically strong with exceptional troubleshooting abilities Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented Committed to maintaining the highest operational and HSE standards Comfortable working in a fast-paced offshore environment Apply Now Ready to take the next step in your offshore career?
