We are looking for an experienced, energetic professional with a strong passion for stakeholder relations to support our live Brisbane and Gold Coast projects while also contributing to the wider QLD business as required.
As Stakeholder Engagement Manager, the role will support the stakeholder engagement strategy and deliver day-to-day communication and engagement activities.
Playing a key part in building strong, trusted relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, local communities, subcontractors, employees and community groups, this role will help shape how our projects communicate, engage and build trust.
The Stakeholder Engagement Manager will support successful project delivery by delivering clear project communications, responding to enquiries and complaints, coordinating community meetings, and driving proactive engagement initiatives across our Brisbane and Gold Coast projects.
A strong client focus and well-developed relationship management skills will support your ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders.
Clear verbal and written communication skills are important, along with a collaborative approach when working with project teams, communications teams and external partners.
Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related field, along with around five years' experience in a similar role, will be highly regarded.
Success in this role will require motivation, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
NB Adaptable working options are available, and for the right candidate, we may consider a four-day week.
