Initial 12 month contract + 2 x 12 month extensions Rewarding hourly rates $$$ An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an Organisational Change Manager to support a major ICT and business transformation program.
The role will focus on the structured, procedural aspects of transitioning an organisation to a desired future state.
The successful Organisational Change Manager will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 24 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate .
The Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for but not limited to; Lead and actively deliver the development of organisational change strategies and business change implementation plans Conduct and own the execution of impact assessments to identify changes to processes, systems, structures, roles and ways of working Apply and practically implement structured change management methodologies and tools Assess organisational readiness, capacity and change risks, and translate insights into hands-on change activities.
The Organisational Change Manager will have experience in the following:



Demonstrated experience leading and delivering end-to-end organisational change management activities for ICT or digital transformation programs/projects.
Proven ability to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and translate these into practical, executable change plans and actions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to work closely with and coach senior leaders and sponsors in a hands-on capacity.
Experience applying and operationalising structured OCM methodologies within program and project environments.
