Key Responsibilities Represent the brand with a customer-first approach, ensuring every interaction reflects the brands commitment to design excellence Meet and exceed sales goals by converting inquiries from e-commerce and trade business development Become a product expert, knowing all customisation options, lead times and limitations Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up, Cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business with both direct and trade customers Assist in visual merchandising and day to day upkeep within the showroom Stay up to date on market trends and collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable feedback that supports continuous business improvement Skills Experience Prior experience in sales,
