The Opportunity This is a true buying role, offering broad exposure across Womenswear rather than being confined to a single product category.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse product portfolio, balancing trend, commerciality and customer insight to build exciting ranges that resonate with a highly engaged youth customer.
Working closely with suppliers, planning, product development and design, you'll manage the buying process from concept through to trade, while building strong relationships both internally and externally to drive exceptional commercial outcomes.

You'll work directly alongside the Buying leadership team, giving you genuine visibility, influence and the opportunity to contribute to key commercial decisions within the business.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and deliver trend-led, commercially successful product ranges.
Own and drive the performance of your category, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.
Source and develop product across both branded and private label ranges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and offshore suppliers.
Negotiate cost prices, margins and supplier agreements.




Analyse trade performance, customer insights and market trends to inform future buying decisions.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Design, Product Development and wider cross-functional teams.
Mentor and support junior members of the buying team.
Travel internationally to visit suppliers and sourcing markets as required.
About You You'll likely be an experienced Assistant Buyer, Junior Buyer or Buyer looking for your next career move within a fast-paced fashion retailer.
You'll bring: Previous buying experience within a fashion retail setting.
A genuine passion for youth-led fashion and emerging trends.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence making data-led buying decisions.
Experience working with suppliers, product development and critical path management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative, energetic approach and a genuine desire to contribute to a close-knit team.
The confidence to work closely with senior leaders and influence key commercial decisions.
