Job Description The Finance Officer will be responsible for: End-to-end Accounts Payable processing, including invoice matching, coding and supplier payments Accounts Receivable management, including invoicing, cash allocation and account reconciliations Proactive credit control and collection of outstanding debts Investigation and resolution of account queries and discrepancies Bank, supplier and customer reconciliations Maintenance of accurate customer and supplier records Assisting with month-end processes and reporting requirements Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders,



customers and suppliers Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes The Successful Applicant The successful Finance Officer will have: Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer position Strong understanding of AP, AR and credit management processes Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Ability to start at short notice and commit to a 6 month contract What's on Offer A salary of up to $85,000 + Super Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Diverse role across both AP and AR functions Supportive and collaborative team environment Convenient location in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs Opportunity to develop your finance career within a respected organisation Immediate start available
