The Role The Property Analyst is responsible for providing property performance analysis and insight for a fast growth portfolio of premium Office Assets.
Working closely with Fund and Asset Management teams, you'll influence strategic decision making and asset performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities · Preparation of all financial management reporting incorporating leasing activity and portfolio performance metrics to Group, Fund teams and external stakeholders as required.
Including: · Annual P L and capital budgets · NOI and capital expenditure quarterly reforecasting · Property forecasting models (Years 2 to 10)
in YARDI · Financial asset plans and investment summaries · Strategic Asset Plans · Modelling of all property data, including valuations within YARDI · Undertake leasing deal analysis including NPV analysis, cashflow forecasting, IRR calculation, variance and sensitivity / scenario analysis and valuation impact analysis, using Forbury · Preparation of long-term forecasts for all office funds, including comment from the Asset Management team About You · Bachelor's degree in property economics, commerce or related discipline · Minimum 3 years' experience in a property-related analytical discipline (property analyst / valuations) · Ability to process, review, validate and analyse data models · Solid communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills · High level of competency using Excel and forecasting software (YARDI/MRI/Cougar preferred, Forbury exposure a plus)
