About the role
We're seeking a Senior Recovery Project Officer - Assets to lead the delivery of infrastructure recovery projects across the Southwest Region.Based in Horsham and fixed-term until August ****, you'll manage asset recovery projects, oversee contractors, coordinate project delivery, manage budgets and provide leadership to Recovery Project Officers.
You'll play a key role in restoring park infrastructure and improving resilience following natural disasters.
About the team
The Southwest Region Infrastructure and Assets Team is a supportive and collaborative group focused on delivering high-quality recovery, maintenance and infrastructure outcomes across Victoria's parks.
We work closely with communities, partners and stakeholders to restore and enhance the visitor experience while protecting natural and cultural values.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience coordinating or supervising operational teams in a complex environment
* Experience managing contractors and delivering projects within budget and timeframes




* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Knowledge of asset, contract and financial management processes
* Demonstrated leadership, coaching and problem-solving capability
* Relevant qualifications in environmental management, conservation or business management (desirable)
* Current Victorian Driver Licence
