Sunshine Coast location with adaptable work-from-home arrangements Work closely with project managers, senior stakeholders Subject Matter Experts We are seeking an experienced Advisor – Program Performance to provide high-level program governance, reporting and project support within a complex delivery environment.
Working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, you will help ensure programs are well governed, accurately reported and progressing against key actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
About the Role In this role, you will utilise a broad range of information management systems, databases and Microsoft Office tools to support the timely and effective delivery of programs and projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing agendas, papers and briefing materials for regional and statewide steering committees and boards Coordinating minutes, actions and escalation pathways, ensuring rapid turnaround of requests Managing program and project change control documentation Tracking governance actions through to completion Maintaining risk, issue and dependency registers and supporting governance reporting Ensuring program records and evidence requirements are maintained and audit ready Validating program data to ensure completeness, consistency and Recording and progressing escalation change requests,



ensuring required actions are completed and matters are appropriately escalated or closed About You You will be an organised, analytical and highly capable program support professional who can confidently manage competing priorities and work with senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
You will bring: Demonstrated experience in program/project controls, reporting, governance or a comparable support role Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience working with project/program management systems, registers, dashboards, SharePoint or similar platforms Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around data validation, reporting accuracy and governance documentation Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills Excellent workload management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the governance and performance of complex programs, working closely with senior project and program stakeholders and contributing to improved accountability, consistency and delivery outcomes.
