This is a hands-on role covering content creation, community management, trend analysis and performance reporting across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities Write copy and design visual assets, including images, short-form video and infographics Build and manage editorial calendars, scheduling daily content across Instagram, TikTok,



LinkedIn and Facebook Align content with broader marketing campaigns and business goals Respond to comments and direct messages to build audience engagement and loyalty Monitor brand mentions and manage public feedback Moderate user-generated content to keep channels safe and on-brand Track trends, hashtags and platform algorithm changes to keep content relevant Research competitor activity and audience behaviour Track performance metrics including reach, engagement and click-through rates Report on performance to guide future content and marketing decisions About You Demonstrated experience in a social media specialist or similar content role Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills Confident using scheduling and analytics tools across multiple platforms Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious approach to trends and audience behaviour Own vehicle required, as the role is based in Melbourne's south-east
