Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a pragmatic, impactful technology strategy aligned with the studio's growth ambitions and design excellence Drive the integration of core business systems across design, operations, finance, and HR, enhancing workflows and data efficiency Lead the adoption and optimisation of design technology tools across multiple studios to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality Identify and embed AI and automation solutions into daily workflows to unlock new capabilities and operational efficiencies Oversee IT infrastructure, managing external vendors and MSPs to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support dynamic project delivery Enhance data access, reporting, and real-time insights to inform strategic decision-making at all levels Build internal capability through training and change management initiatives,
